Blueberry Banana Waffle Smoothie

There is no waffle in this smoothie, but the name was inspired by a waffle’s taste.

In a blender:

  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 serving of protein

Directions:


Blend till smooth and enjoy a great tasting smoothie.
