Healthy Pizza Alternative

If you enjoy pizza but don’t enjoy the calories, then try this healthy alternative. It’s quick and easy and you can experiment with different ingredients with this recipe.
- Place a whole grain tortilla on a baking tray
- Spread pizza / tomato based sauce on to tortilla
- Sprinkle on cheese
- Add veggies (mushrooms, peppers etc)
- For spice add hot peppers or for variety, try feta cheese
- Add meat pepperoni (try chicken/turkey based for the more health conscious) or chicken or ham
Directions:
Bake at 375 for 5-10 minutes.
