Quick and Healthy Wraps
Ingredients:



While there are lots of options for what to put in wraps, below are some healthy options to get you started.
- Chicken or beans (vegetarian option)
- Red peppers
- Whole wheat wraps
- Humus (try different flavours for variety)
- Jalapeño peppers for added spice
Directions:
Cook the chicken or beans.
Slice peppers to desired thickness.
Spread the humus on the middle of the wrap, then add chicken, sliced peppers and jalapeños.
Roll it all up and enjoy!
For a more Mexican theme, replace the humus with refried beans. Or try a Greek theme with green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, feta, olives and chicken or beans.
