Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:



- 2 Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Coarse Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F.
Divide potatoes between two rimmed baking sheets and toss with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange in a single layer.
Roast, turning once, until tender and starting to brown, about 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
